Ensuring the safety of our clients, team and fellow agents is our top priority as we navigate the real estate market during this global pandemic. We use a high-end, integrated marketing strategy to target potential local and city buyers and we have implemented digital enhancements to continue serving buyers and sellers with essential housing needs. 

 

  • Digital Marketing Package: Our current listings are available for buyers to view online with a comprehensive digital marketing package that includes: extensive property photos, a video walkthrough, floor plans, sellers disclosure and a virtual brochure. Buyers are required to review all online assets before scheduling a showing. All listings are promoted through an innovative social media campaign to reach local and city buyers. 

  • Custom Virtual Showings: Virtual showings are available through FaceTime or Zoom for an in-depth view of the home, yard, amenities, street view, and mechanicals. We recommend utilizing virtual showings to narrow down the list of properties that you’d like to see in-person. 

  • No-Contact Private Showings: Private showings are available for vacant homes and some occupied homes with permission from the seller. We require that buyers and sellers sign Covid-19 disclosures before the showing. Buyers and agents are required to wear masks and gloves and practice social distancing while touring the home. We request that sellers leave all lights on and open all doors, including closets and mechanical doors.
